Initially a full-service bakery, it shifted to specializing exclusively in their renowned focaccia in the 1950s/1980s. The Soracco family still operates it today, adhering to old-school traditions.
Personal Connection
My Mom used to take my sister and I to get focaccia before school as a treat every now and then. I remember that they always sell out fast on weekdays because everyone gets their morning focaccia on their way to school or work. Now I pick up focaccia every now and then for my family as a treat.
